Temporary Processing (deleted immediately after processing):

  • Audio recordings temporarily transmitted during AI transcription and processing
  • Text content temporarily processed during polishing and grammar correction

Information Requiring Storage:

  • Voice Cloning Data: If you use the voice cloning feature, the voice samples you upload will be stored on third-party service provider servers to create and save your voice model. This data will remain on third-party servers until you delete the voice model or we discontinue using the service.
  • Learning Records: Your diary entries, vocabulary lists, and other learning records are currently stored in your browser's local storage (LocalStorage). We cannot access this data. If we provide cloud synchronization in the future, this data may be stored in server databases.

4. How We Use Information

Any processed information is used solely for:

  • Responding to your requests to provide AI transcription, polishing, and grammar correction services
  • Improving service performance and quality
  • Maintaining service security and preventing abuse

5. Data Retention

Temporarily Processed Data:

  • Audio files and text content are temporarily transmitted during AI processing.
  • We do not maintain any database of user content for storing temporarily processed data.

Data Requiring Retention:

  • Voice Cloning Data: If you use the voice cloning feature, your voice samples will remain on third-party service provider servers to continuously provide voice cloning services. You can delete this data at any time by deleting your voice model.
  • Learning Records: Currently stored in your browser's local storage, completely under your control. You can delete all records at any time by clearing your browser data. If we provide cloud synchronization in the future, this data may be stored in server databases, and we will clearly specify the data retention period at that time.

6. Third-Party Services

To provide AI functionality, we use third-party AI service providers to process your data. These service providers only access your data to the extent necessary for us to provide services to you.

Data Processing Methods:

  • Temporarily processed data (such as audio transcription and text polishing) is temporarily transmitted to third-party servers for processing and deleted immediately after processing
  • Voice cloning data (if you use this feature) is stored on third-party servers to continuously provide voice cloning services
